Most people will feel nervous before attending an event, but you are not alone, most others are in the same boat. Our host/s will quickly register you on arrival, make sure you have a drink and introduce you to your fellow speed daters.

Dress to impress. We provide stylish, contemporary venues so its best to dress smartly, just like you would for a first date, first impressions count.

 

Keep your hands to yourself, until you know what the other person is like and limit touching to the arms only. Be yourself and relax, it shows. Ask your fellow speed dater what they enjoy doing and ask open-ended questions. Be interested in what the other party has to say. Not all you meet will be right for you, but they have paid to attend just like you have.

 

We guarantee a minimum of 12 dates. Our events can consist of up to 15 dates if there are enough attendees. Any more than 15 dates can become tiring.

 

Your details will be put into our database and once a suitable event is arranged we will send you an email. As events tend to sell out quickly, please notify us if you with to attend ASAP.

 

How does the matching process occur?

At the start of the evening you are given a scorecard with all the names of your dates, you select 'yes' or 'no' to each. At the conclusion of the event your hosts collect them and your matches are emailed to you the next day.

 

Currently, we only accept direct deposit. We do not accept payment on the night (credit card facilities are coming soon).

 

Payments must be made a week prior to an event. You are eligible for a fee refund (less a $5 admin charge) if you have pre-booked a week before the event. If you fail to show up at an event your fee is forfeited. Out of respect for the other attendees, please let us know as early as you can if you cant attend.

 

If we are unable to fill an event it will be rescheduled, usually within 2 weeks. This can occur if we are unable to get an even number of males and females. We will let you know as soon as we can if this happens.
